Careers in Engineering Topic of Panel Discussion at Sweet Briar

Sweet Briar College student members of the Society of Women Engineers will host a panel discussion on careers in engineering at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5 in the EB Room, located in the lower level of Dew Hall.

Included among the guests scheduled to speak are Polk Green, engineering and facilities maintenance director at Tri Tech Laboratories; Charla Parks, an electrical engineer at Omnitech Engineering and Manufacturing; and Sweet Briar assistant professor of engineering Dorsa Sanadgol.

The event is open to anyone, and area high school and college students are especially welcome to attend. A spaghetti dinner will follow.
